Getting Started
The ReplyCleverly Affiliate Program lets you earn commissions by referring new customers to ReplyCleverly. You create custom Promo Codes from your My Code page and share them with your audience. When a customer signs up using your code, they get 10% off their first purchase and you earn a commission on their subscription for the first 12 months.
The program is open to individuals and businesses including agencies, influencers, bloggers, consultants, media buyers, digital marketers, content creators, and more. You simply need to apply and be approved by the ReplyCleverly team.
Submit your application through the affiliate signup page. Our team reviews each application and you will be notified by email once your account is approved. Once approved, you can log in to your affiliate dashboard and start creating and sharing your promo codes.
Commissions & Earnings
You earn a commission on every paying customer you refer for the first 12 months of their subscription. Your personal commission rate is set by the ReplyCleverly team and is clearly displayed in the commission banner on your dashboard Overview page.

Yes. You can create up to 10 custom promo codes from your My Code page. Each code must be unique across all affiliates, contain only letters, numbers, and hyphens, and be between 3 and 20 characters long.
Yes. You can remove any of your promo codes directly from the My Code page. Once removed, the code will no longer work at checkout. Any referrals already attributed to that code will remain in your account.
Payouts
Commissions are only paid out after ReplyCleverly has successfully received the customer's payment and the minimum holding period has been met. This holding period exists to account for potential refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes. Once both conditions are satisfied and your balance meets the minimum threshold, your payout will be processed.
Payouts are processed via PayPal. You can add your PayPal account details from the Payouts page in your affiliate dashboard. Make sure your PayPal account is verified to receive payments.
Yes. Your account must reach a minimum balance before a payout is initiated. Additionally, the payment from the referred customer must have been received by ReplyCleverly and the holding period must have passed. Details on the current threshold are available in your Payouts page.
Commissions are subject to a holding period to account for refunds and chargebacks. If a referred customer cancels or receives a refund within the holding period, the associated commission may be reversed. Cancelled referrals are clearly marked in your Referrals page.
Rules & Conduct
No. Self-referral is strictly prohibited. You may not use your own Promo Code on a personal subscription or share it with someone specifically to benefit yourself. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
You may not send spam or unsolicited messages, misrepresent ReplyCleverly features or pricing, use deceptive marketing, impersonate the ReplyCleverly brand, offer additional incentives beyond the approved 10% customer discount, or share/sell your Promo Code to other affiliates.
Yes. ReplyCleverly may suspend or terminate your affiliate account if you violate the program terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if the program is discontinued. By registering for the ReplyCleverly Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the program. These terms apply in addition to the ReplyCleverly general Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid online presence such as a website, blog, social media account, or newsletter, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. ReplyCleverly reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Promo Code and Referral Tracking
Upon approval, each affiliate receives a unique Promo Code. This code is personal to your account and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with other affiliates. Referrals are tracked when a new customer signs up and applies your Promo Code at checkout. Referrals are only valid for new customers who have not previously held a paid ReplyCleverly subscription.
4. Customer Discount
When a new customer applies your Promo Code at checkout, they will receive a 10% discount on their first purchase only. This discount applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. The discount is a one-time benefit and does not apply to any subsequent renewals or additional purchases.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 20% commission on every payment made by a referred customer for the first 12 months from the date of that customer's first purchase. After 12 months, the commission period ends for that customer and no further commission is generated. Commission is calculated on the full subscription price paid by the customer, excluding taxes and any transaction fees.
6. Commission Cancellation
If a referred customer cancels their subscription at any point within the 12 month commission period, the commission associated with that customer will be cancelled immediately. No commission is earned on cancelled, refunded, or disputed payments. ReplyCleverly reserves the right to withhold commission payments where fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.
7. Payment of Commissions
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid after the applicable holding period to account for potential refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes. A minimum balance must be reached before a payout is processed. Payment details including minimum thresholds and supported payment methods are available in your affiliate dashboard. ReplyCleverly is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
8. Prohibited Conduct
As an affiliate, you may not engage in any of the following:
Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or mass emails to promote your Promo Code
Misrepresenting ReplyCleverly features, pricing, or capabilities
Using deceptive, misleading, or false marketing practices
Impersonating the ReplyCleverly brand or creating websites that mimic ReplyCleverly
Offering additional incentives or discounts beyond the approved Promo Code
Self-referring by using your own Promo Code on a personal subscription
Sharing, selling, or transferring your Promo Code to other affiliates
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use ReplyCleverly brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program in accordance with these terms. Any use of ReplyCleverly intellectual property outside of these approved uses requires prior written consent.
10. Termination
ReplyCleverly may suspend or terminate your affiliate account that violates these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if the Affiliate Program is discontinued. Upon termination, unpaid commissions earned in good faith prior to termination will be paid at the next scheduled payout, provided they meet the minimum threshold and are not subject to dispute.
11. Modifications
ReplyCleverly reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via their registered email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
