How does the ReplyCleverly Affiliate Program work?

The ReplyCleverly Affiliate Program lets you earn commissions by referring new customers to ReplyCleverly. You create custom Promo Codes from your My Code page and share them with your audience. When a customer signs up using your code, they get 10% off their first purchase and you earn a commission on their subscription for the first 12 months.

Who can join the affiliate program?

The program is open to individuals and businesses including agencies, influencers, bloggers, consultants, media buyers, digital marketers, content creators, and more. You simply need to apply and be approved by the ReplyCleverly team.

How do I get approved as an affiliate?

Submit your application through the affiliate signup page. Our team reviews each application and you will be notified by email once your account is approved. Once approved, you can log in to your affiliate dashboard and start creating and sharing your promo codes.

Commissions & Earnings

How much commission do I earn?

You earn a commission on every paying customer you refer for the first 12 months of their subscription. Your personal commission rate is set by the ReplyCleverly team and is clearly displayed in the commission banner on your dashboard Overview page.

How long do I earn commission on a referral?

You earn commission for the first 12 months of each referred customer's subscription. After 12 months, the commission period expires for that referral.

Do I earn commission on both monthly and annual plans?

Yes. Commissions apply to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Your promo code gives customers 10% off their first purchase on either plan type.

When does a referral start counting for commission?

A referral starts counting once the customer signs up for a paid subscription using your promo code. Free plan sign-ups do not generate commissions — commission tracking begins only when a customer subscribes to a paid monthly or annual plan.

How does a Promo Code work?

Your promo code is a unique discount code that customers enter at checkout when signing up for ReplyCleverly. They receive 10% off their first purchase and the referral is automatically attributed to your account. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

How much discount do customers get with my Promo Code?

Customers receive 10% off their first purchase when they apply your Promo Code at checkout. This discount applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Can I create multiple Promo Codes?

Yes. You can create up to 10 custom promo codes from your My Code page. Each code must be unique across all affiliates, contain only letters, numbers, and hyphens, and be between 3 and 20 characters long.

Can I remove a Promo Code?

Yes. You can remove any of your promo codes directly from the My Code page. Once removed, the code will no longer work at checkout. Any referrals already attributed to that code will remain in your account.

Payouts

When are commissions paid out?

Commissions are only paid out after ReplyCleverly has successfully received the customer's payment and the minimum holding period has been met. This holding period exists to account for potential refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes. Once both conditions are satisfied and your balance meets the minimum threshold, your payout will be processed.

How do I receive my payout?

Payouts are processed via PayPal. You can add your PayPal account details from the Payouts page in your affiliate dashboard. Make sure your PayPal account is verified to receive payments.

Is there a minimum payout threshold?

Yes. Your account must reach a minimum balance before a payout is initiated. Additionally, the payment from the referred customer must have been received by ReplyCleverly and the holding period must have passed. Details on the current threshold are available in your Payouts page.

What happens to my commissions if a customer cancels or requests a refund?

Commissions are subject to a holding period to account for refunds and chargebacks. If a referred customer cancels or receives a refund within the holding period, the associated commission may be reversed. Cancelled referrals are clearly marked in your Referrals page.

Rules & Conduct

Can I use my own Promo Code for my own subscription?

No. Self-referral is strictly prohibited. You may not use your own Promo Code on a personal subscription or share it with someone specifically to benefit yourself. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.

What marketing practices are not allowed?

You may not send spam or unsolicited messages, misrepresent ReplyCleverly features or pricing, use deceptive marketing, impersonate the ReplyCleverly brand, offer additional incentives beyond the approved 10% customer discount, or share/sell your Promo Code to other affiliates.

Can ReplyCleverly terminate my affiliate account?

Yes. ReplyCleverly may suspend or terminate your affiliate account if you violate the program terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if the program is discontinued. Commissions earned in good faith prior to termination will be paid at the next scheduled payout if they meet the minimum threshold.

By using ReplyCleverly you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to represent the business registering for the service. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyCleverly is an AI-powered customer communication and customer service platform that unifies conversations, automates replies, manages customer support tickets, captures leads, and delivers real-time insights across every channel. Supported channels include Website Live Chat, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Line, and Voice, with API Integrations and Webhooks available on Scale plans and above. AI responses are generated based on the content stored in your Knowledge Base and the communication rules you configure within the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

4. AI Generated Responses

ReplyCleverly uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on information stored in your Knowledge Base and the communication rules and escalation settings you configure within the platform. The AI uses this information to respond accurately across all connected channels. AI responses may not always be perfectly accurate. Customers are responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of their Knowledge Base content and ensuring their AI configuration settings reflect their business policies and communication standards.

5. Free Plan

ReplyCleverly offers a Free plan which includes 50 AI credits per month at no cost and with no credit card required. The Free plan provides access to limited platform features. Free plan AI credit allowances and features may be updated at any time.

6. Paid Plans and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Customers may upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time. Changes typically apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Fair Usage Policy

ReplyCleverly may apply reasonable usage limits on features such as credits, automation requests, messaging activity, and API usage to maintain platform stability and service quality. AI Credits are consumed each time the AI generates a response to a customer message. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. If the monthly allowance is used before the cycle resets, additional AI credits can be purchased via a Boost Pack. Boost Packs are available in three sizes: 2,000 credits for $19, 5,000 credits for $29, and 10,000 credits for $49. Boost Pack AI credits are valid until the end of the current billing cycle and do not carry over.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for all content, communications, and automated responses generated through their account. Users must ensure their activities comply with applicable laws and messaging platform policies.

9. Third Party Platforms

ReplyCleverly integrates with external communication platforms such as messaging services and social media networks. These platforms are operated independently and may change their policies or technical requirements at any time.

10. Service Availability

ReplyCleverly strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system updates, or third party service disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

ReplyCleverly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

ReplyCleverly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By registering for the ReplyCleverly Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms of Service. These terms apply in addition to the ReplyCleverly general Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid online presence, and comply with all applicable laws. ReplyCleverly reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Promo Code and Referral Tracking

Upon approval, each affiliate receives a unique Promo Code personal to their account. It may not be transferred or shared. Referrals are valid for new customers only who apply the code at checkout.

4. Customer Discount

New customers who apply your Promo Code receive a 10% discount on their first purchase only, on both monthly and annual plans.

5. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% commission on payments made by referred customers for the first 12 months from the date of first purchase. Commission is on the full subscription price excluding taxes.

6. Commission Cancellation

If a referred customer cancels within the 12 month commission period, the commission is cancelled immediately. No commission is earned on cancelled, refunded, or disputed payments.

7. Payment of Commissions

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid after the applicable holding period. A minimum balance must be reached before payout. Payment details are available in your affiliate dashboard.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not send spam, misrepresent ReplyCleverly, use deceptive marketing, impersonate the brand, self-refer, or share their Promo Code with other affiliates.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates receive a limited licence to use ReplyCleverly brand assets for promotion only. Any other use requires prior written consent.

10. Termination

ReplyCleverly may terminate affiliate accounts for violations or fraud. Earned commissions meeting the minimum threshold will be paid at the next scheduled payout.

11. Modifications

ReplyCleverly may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

SOC 2 Type II

The technology providers that power ReplyCleverly's infrastructure hold SOC 2 Type II certification. SOC 2 Type II is an independent audit framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) that evaluates a service organisation's controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy over a defined period of time.

A SOC 2 Type II report provides assurance that the relevant systems and processes meet rigorous security and operational standards on an ongoing basis — not just at a single point in time. Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Terms of Service between ReplyCleverly and the Customer. It governs how personal data is processed when using the ReplyCleverly platform.

1. Definitions

Controller refers to the Customer who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. Processor refers to ReplyCleverly which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller. Personal Data has the meaning assigned to it under applicable data protection laws.

2. Processing Instructions

ReplyCleverly processes personal data only based on instructions provided by the Customer through the platform configuration, account settings, or other documented instructions, unless processing is required by law.

3. Security

ReplyCleverly applies reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. These measures may include encryption in transit, controlled access to systems, and monitoring designed to protect platform security.

4. Sub Processors

ReplyCleverly may engage third party service providers to support the operation of the platform. These providers may process data only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Where applicable, such providers are expected to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

5. Data Subject Rights

Where applicable under data protection laws, ReplyCleverly will reasonably assist customers in responding to requests from individuals exercising their rights regarding personal data. Customers remain responsible for managing and responding to requests relating to data they control.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon termination of the service or upon request from the Customer, ReplyCleverly will delete or return personal data processed on behalf of the Customer, unless retention is required for legal, security, or financial record keeping purposes.

7. Data Transfers

Where personal data is processed across different regions, appropriate safeguards may be applied to protect the data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Compliance with Channel Policies

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of each connected communication channel complies with that platform's policies. ReplyCleverly provides the technology platform but does not guarantee that your specific use of a communication channel will be approved by that platform.

Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. ReplyCleverly reserves the right to restrict platform access or report illegal activity to appropriate authorities if necessary.
