These Terms of Service govern your use of the ReplyCleverly platform. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ReplyCleverly you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to represent the business registering for the service. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
ReplyCleverly is an AI-powered customer communication and customer service platform that unifies conversations, automates replies, manages customer support tickets, captures leads, manages customer reviews, and delivers real-time insights across every channel. It also includes AI Agentic Workflows, which can complete end-to-end business tasks by connecting to your business systems through 700+ integrations, custom APIs and webhooks. Supported channels include Website Live Chat, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Line, and Voice. API Integrations and Webhooks are available on Growth plans and above, and the AI Agentic Workflow is available on the Scale plan. AI responses are generated based on the content stored in your Knowledge Base and the communication rules you configure within the platform.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
4. AI Generated Responses
ReplyCleverly uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on information stored in your Knowledge Base and the communication rules and escalation settings you configure within the platform. The AI uses this information to respond accurately across all connected channels. AI responses may not always be perfectly accurate. Customers are responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of their Knowledge Base content and ensuring their AI configuration settings reflect their business policies and communication standards.
5. Free Plan
ReplyCleverly offers a Free plan which includes 50 AI credits per month at no cost and with no credit card required. The Free plan provides access to limited platform features. Free plan AI credit allowances and features may be updated at any time.
6. Paid Plans and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on the 1st of each calendar month, which is the regular billing date for all paid plans. If a subscription begins during the month, the first charge is prorated to cover only the remaining days of that month, and the full monthly plan price is charged from the 1st of the following month. Customers may upgrade at any time, and an upgrade takes effect immediately with the price difference prorated for the remaining days of the current month. Customers may downgrade at any time, and a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, on the next 1st of the month, with the current plan remaining active until then. Customers may cancel at any time, and the plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew. Payments are not refundable, and amounts already paid, including any prorated charges, are not returned. Customers who choose annual billing pay for 12 months and receive 2 months free.
7. Fair Usage Policy
ReplyCleverly may apply reasonable usage limits on features such as credits, automation requests, messaging activity, and API usage to maintain platform stability and service quality. AI Credits are consumed based on usage: each AI text response uses 1 credit, each minute of voice uses 15 credits, and each completed AI Agentic Workflow task uses 30 credits. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. If the monthly allowance is used before the cycle resets, additional AI credits can be purchased via a Boost Pack. Boost Packs are available in three sizes: 1,000 credits for $20, 3,000 credits for $50, and 8,000 credits for $100. Boost Pack AI credits are valid until the end of the current billing cycle and do not carry over.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for all content, communications, and automated responses generated through their account. Users must ensure their activities comply with applicable laws and messaging platform policies.
9. Third Party Platforms
ReplyCleverly integrates with external communication platforms such as messaging services and social media networks. These platforms are operated independently and may change their policies or technical requirements at any time.
10. Service Availability
ReplyCleverly strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system updates, or third party service disruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
ReplyCleverly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
ReplyCleverly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.
